I offer top-notch care for your fur-babies (scaled and feathered, too!) while you are unable to be at home with them for whatever reason. My services allow your pets to be cared for in their own environment, where they feel comfortable and safe, and provide them with needed exercise, stimulation and love, as well as feeding, watering and general grooming.

I am also available for mail collection and plant watering while you are out of town.

My name is Jenny Erwin-Moore and I have been caring for and loving pets for nearly 10 years. I am a hobby breeder of show-quality Mice and friendly Sugar Gliders, and I create custom cage accessories, clothes and toys for small animals. I am experienced with literally all types of critters including Dogs, Cats, Ferrets, Sugar Gliders, Mice, Rats, Gerbils, Hamsters, Snakes, Lizards, Geckos and more! I understand how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy person to properly tend to your four-legged children, especially those more exotic varieties, and I've had that very problem in the past. Rest assured, with my true love for animals and my many years of experience with pets of all kinds, I will take care of your critters as if they were mine.

Consultation Visit~ 15-30 minutes $0 (FREE)

During this visit, I will meet you and your pets and tour your home. All paper work, including care instructions, will be completed at this time and keys will be exchanged.

Standard Visit~ 20-30 minutes $12 (up to 2 pets)

This visit will include feeding, watering, general grooming, walking (dogs), supervised play time, etc which will be dependent upon your pet's needs. This option is great for mid-day walks to keep your dog happy during the day while you are working. Minimal cleanup, such as needed for accidents, are included free of charge.

Premium Visit~ 50-60 minutes $20 (up to 2 pets)

A Premium Visit will cater to pets who need more interaction than a Standard Visit will provide. This is ideal for Ferrets, Sugar Gliders, Rats and other small animals who need and enjoy out of cage play time or for dogs who require longer walks. Premium Visits are also great for special needs pets or for those who just need a little extra love while their master is away. Price includes minimal cleanup.

Pet Taxi

I can take your pet to the vet or groomer for you! A suitable travel cage or crate is required for this service unless your dog has a seatbelt restraint harness (can be purchased at most pet stores).

Cage Cleaning and Litter Boxes

If your caged-pet requires a cage cleaning, this can be arranged for a small fee. I can also scoop litter boxes for cats, ferrets, or other animals, but no full litter box changing, please. These services are only offered in conjunction with a Standard or Premium Visit.

Cage Cleaning $8+ per cage (dependent upon size of cage)

Litter Box Scooping $8 per box, per day

*Please Note~ All above prices are valid for up to 2 pets. For each additional pet, add $2 per visit or service. If you have many small, caged pets, prices may be lowered for your convenience at my discretion (I have many caged pets and the price would be very high if I had to pay $2 extra per pet, so I am willing to work with you, just ask!).

*Holidays~ $6 extra per visit or service

Including New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

*Extended Hours~ $4 extra per visit

This covers the hours before 9 AM or after 10 PM.

*Mail Collection and Plant Watering~ $0 (FREE)

Mail collection and plant watering are complimentary with any paid visit or service. Just ask!

Payment~ Payment is due before or during a scheduled visit. You may leave payment in a previously designated area for pickup during the visit. If payment is not made before or during the visit, a $10 late payment fee will be charged to your account. There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks. Payment may be made via cash (in person only), money order, cashiers check or Paypal. Please add a 3% service fee for Paypal transactions.

Bookings~ Please call at least 24 hours in advance or email 48 hours in advance to insure availability. If you would like to schedule visits as far as 3 months in advance, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your slot.

Cancellations~ Please call at least 24 hours in advance or email 48 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled visit on regular business/weekend days. Call at least 48 hours in advance or email 72 hours in advance to cancel any holiday visits. Failure to comply with these terms will result in a service charge equal to 50% of the scheduled visit or service.

**Travel Charge~ $0.75 per mile (one way)

Mileage will be calculated by an online mapping service at the time of booking. My home is in Bristol, TN near Bellmont Lanes bowling alley on the Weaver Pike which will be the starting location and your home will be the destination. For example, if you live 5 miles away from my home, you will be incur a travel charge of $3.75.
